1981 Elan

Noted in one catalog as: "... a thoroughbred lightweight cycle good enough to race on- but without breaking the bank"

I bought this frame because of the color (Ice Blue Metallic) - cant wait to build it ! Given the above comment about the bank, I think the early Shimano 600 Arabesque group I've got will do the trick
